Who Is HURT?

Hurt Clothing is a limited t-shirt publisher of Fine MMA Apparel. As avid Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fans and active practitioners, we felt there was a need for a line of apparel that spoke directly to those who loved the sport. Seeing clothing lines out there that just "brand whore" their goods, we came up with the idea to create a line that celebrated the moves that make each art popular. We wanted a more fashion focused as well as MMA sports focused apparel line that didn't rely on wings, skulls, and your traditional gothic type design elements. Everybody is copying either Affliction or Tapout and quite frankly, they're doing a horrible job with no unique identity.

As the sport begins to grow, new fans and old fans are tied to a basic common element. We all universally know the moves that made the sport famous. Heel hook, rear naked choke, armbar, tapout, submission, etc.. I don't care if you're in boo foo egypt, most people interested in any type of fighting will know an Armbar.

The multi-faceted aspect of Mixed Martial Arts has allowed all individuals from various disciplines of boxing, wrestling, kickboxing, jiu-jitsu, kung fu, karate, muy thai, to collaborate, train, and truly demonstrate either their main fighting art, or their newly developed mixed martial art in a high energy, fast paced, adrenaline pumping one on one combat.

Hurt Clothing represents the fans more than the fighters. If it were not for the fans, the sport would not get sponsors, no sponsors, no money, no money, no fight productions, no fight productions, no fighters, bottom line. Every fighter working with Hurt knows this and vows to uphold our commitment to the fans.

Who Designs Hurt Clothing products?

You do! Hurt Clothing celebrates the Winning Techniques and Moves used in MMA Fighting that Ultimately result in Victory. When the announcers are declaring the winners, they are yelling ArmBar, Rear Naked Choke, and Guillotine! If it's a winning move or technique, you'll find it on Hurt Clothing. The fans of MMA and the fighters of MMA are the inspiration for the designs. Fans and Fighters tell us what their favorite MMA moves are and then we create the shirt. Hurt Clothing has a design staff that creatively throwdown on the designs, but Hurt Clothing sometimes commissions well-known designers and collaborates with designers within the MMA community.

Since Hurt Clothing began in 2007, we have taken to heart our customers comments, compliments, and suggestions about the garments we print on. In 2007, we started assembling information based on our experience as a clothing company and feedback we've gotten from the MMA community to custom select what is now our base foundation garment for all our products. What this means to you is that our lowest priced garments will still be made from the finest fabric, cut using the finest specs, and sewn into what will be the finest garment you ever slipped over your body. But don't take our word for it! Pick up your favorite shirt and see for yourself! Made from 100% Ringspun Super Soft Cotton (This is the high-end supersoft cotton only found in expensive brands).
